We're not a new company. In fact, we've been in business since 1929 and have been working exclusively with Realtors for more than 20 years. That's a key advantage of choosing IXACT Contact™. Stability. You can be confident that, throughout your career, IXACT Contact™ (and your contact database) will be there when you need it.



Whose data is it? When I put my client information on the servers, who owns it and who can see it?

Your client information is 100% yours. No one else can see it or use it.



Do you share or sell my client or personal information to anyone?

Absolutely not! As a customer of IXACT Contact™, all of your client data and your personal information (including your email address) is private and will never be sold, rented, shared, reviewed, loaned, or in any way used by anyone but you. For additional security, please do not share your login information with anyone.



What happens to my contact records if I cancel?

Your contact database belongs to you, not us. If you cancel IXACT Contact™ you can easily download your contact records into a convenient EXCEL spreadsheet format.


Can I import my contact database from another system?

Yes. You can import your contacts into IXACT Contact™ from a wide variety of popular contact management systems including:

  • Outlook
  • Outlook Express
  • ACT!
  • Top Producer
  • and many others.


Can more than one person, or a team, use the same account?

Yes. IXACT Contact™ is designed so that multiple members of a team can access the system simultaneously. All users share the same login and have shared access to the entire system including contacts, calendar, tasks, etc.

There is no additional charge for additional users.



Is IXACT Contact™ difficult to learn?

No. Compared to the other contact management systems IXACT Contact™ is remarkably easy to learn and use. In fact, we've designed it so that busy Realtors can be up and running quickly.

First of all, it's web-based. So there's no software to install or worry about. And secondly, all the features are intuitive and easy to follow.

Most software is over-developed and includes more features than you could possibly learn and use. IXACT Contact™, by contrast, has only those features you need in order to build loyal relationships with hot prospects, past clients and business-to-business referral sources. You'll use them all… because they're important and easy to use.



What are the minimum computer requirements to use IXACT Contact™?

Internet Browser:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later
  • Safari 3.0 or later

Display Settings:

  • 1024 x 768 or higher screen resolution

Internet Connection:

  • Broadband (i.e. cable or DSL)

Browser Settings:

  • Javascript enabled
  • Cookies enabled

Additional Software:

  • Adobe Reader


Can I use IXACT Contact™ with my PDA or other mobile device?

Yes. You can set up most mobile computing devices to synchronize wirelessly with IXACT Contact™. That way you can access your contact database, calendar and task list anytime, anywhere — knowing that it's always up-to-date.

IXACT Contact™ synchronizes with:

  • Blackberry
  • iPhone
  • Windows Mobile

The synchronization occurs automatically via a wireless connection. So once it's set up, it is always in sync.



How is my data backed up?

Since all of your information is stored on our safe, secure servers, you never need to worry about backing up your data yourself. Of course, we perform our own daily backups to protect against unlikely catastrophic events.



How much does it cost?

IXACT Contact™ is available in a convenient subscription plan. You pay just one low fee of $34.95 per month. For the Wireless Synchronization option there is a one time licensing fee of $85.00 and a monthly charge of only $4.95. There are no long-term contracts and with IXACT Contact™ you can cancel at anytime. See Getting Started for more information.
