Get Organized in Real Estate with Listing and Closing Activity Plans

Listing and closing Activity Plans come included in IXACT Contact. They are a series of tasks with corresponding due dates. At the right date and time, the Agent CRM will remind you to take specific actions, like install a lockbox, update the MLS, or send the client a progress report, so nothing falls through the cracks when listing or closing a home.

Think of listing and closing Activity Plans like your private virtual assistant, who sends you an email at the perfect time, to do everything you should be doing in the listing and closing processes. This way, you can provide an exceptional experience for your client and do the best job possible for them.
