In addition to the tips Richard mentions in the video, here are a few more ideas for how to make your next Open House a success:
- Send out “Just Listed” e-cards or flyers to your database, letting them know you have a property available. It’s a wonderful way to generate interest and remind prospects that you’re active in their neighborhood.
- Gather email addressed from guests who visit the Open House. With their permission, add them to your Monthly e-Newsletter or a Prospect Activity Plan. It’s a great way to keep in touch with relevant real estate information.
- Ask your contacts when their Birthday is and enter it in your real estate CRM. Everyone likes to recieve warm wishes on their special day and it will help you stay top of mind!
